About the Role

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Chef de Parties are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a highly dynamic restaurant
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
