We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team here at INKO NITO. Our Junior Sous Chefs are hardworking, dedicated, and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. What We Look For:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality restaurant.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team.
  • Previous experience in Japanese cuisine (preferred but not required).
  • Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
