We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Restaurant Managers are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our Ideal Restaurant Manager Demonstrates:
- Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, in a highly dynamic restaurant
- A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example
- A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
