Role Description

As a Senior Hub Spot CRM & Rev Ops Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Hub Spot CRM and revenue operations processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with stakeholders to map business processes, define data structures, configure pipelines, and align marketing, sales, and service workflows within Hub Spot.

Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing operational bottlenecks, creating automation and reporting frameworks, guiding Hub Spot onboarding and training, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to ensure platform adoption.

You will also coordinate system integrations, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and provide strategic consulting on revenue performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, build dashboards, and derive actionable insights that improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • Experience mapping and optimizing business processes, including end-to-end lead management, sales workflows, and customer lifecycle journey design.
  • Proven background in sales operations or revenue operations, with the ability to align marketing, sales, and service teams around consistent processes and goals.
  • Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, and the delivery of clear recommendations to clients.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM administration (e. g., Salesforce. com Administration) and strong proficiency in configuring and managing Hub Spot CRM and related hubs.
  • Knowledge of Rev Ops best practices, including funnel metrics, forecasting, attribution, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in accessible terms and facilitate workshops or training sessions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in London and manage multiple client engagements and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with API-based integrations, marketing automation, and reporting tools is an advantage.
