InkarasBio is recruiting on behalf of an established international medical device manufacturer with a strong presence across NHS acute care settings. We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a North East region (Sheffield through to Newcastle), managing both existing hospital accounts and driving new business across ICU, theatre and emergency environments. This is a high-activity, field-based role focused on clinical engagement, structured territory planning and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of territory sales performance
- Prospecting, pipeline development and account growth
- Running product demonstrations and clinical evaluations
- Engaging anaesthetists, ICU teams, theatre staff and procurement
- Negotiating contracts and managing tender processes
- Accurate forecasting and CRM management
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
What Success Looks Like
- High volume of in-person hospital visits
- Strong clinical credibility in ICU / theatre settings
- Structured territory planning and disciplined pipeline management
- Ability to position solutions against competitors
Candidate Profile
