InkarasBio is recruiting on behalf of an established international medical device manufacturer with a strong presence across NHS acute care settings. We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a North East region (Sheffield through to Newcastle), managing both existing hospital accounts and driving new business across ICU, theatre and emergency environments. This is a high-activity, field-based role focused on clinical engagement, structured territory planning and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of territory sales performance
  • Prospecting, pipeline development and account growth
  • Running product demonstrations and clinical evaluations
  • Engaging anaesthetists, ICU teams, theatre staff and procurement
  • Negotiating contracts and managing tender processes
  • Accurate forecasting and CRM management
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
