We are looking for an experienced IT Agile Delivery Manager to lead, coach, and empower cross‑functional teams in delivering high‑quality digital products and technology initiatives. You will ensure smooth end‑to‑end delivery, remove blockers, champion Agile best practice, and help shape a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Agile delivery across multiple IT projects, ensuring outputs meet business goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, showcases).
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine roadmaps, prioritise backlogs, and shape delivery plans.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments quickly and effectively.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and transparent team environment.
- Track delivery performance, providing clear reporting and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are managed proactively.
- Champion Agile principles and support teams in adopting and evolving best practices.
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role within IT or digital delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with software development and IT engineering teams.
This role is hybrid, with one day each week spent on-site in Manchester to collaborate closely with delivery teams and stakeholders.
