‘INK’ is a post-production company based in East London, with studios in Paris and Amsterdam. We produce work for industry-leading photographers and brands, from global advertising campaigns to indie publications.
We are looking for a self-motivated Image coordinator who is passionate about photography and retouching to join our team on a freelance basis.
They will work closely with our Production and Operations teams to ensure smooth output of all the studio’s projects.
The ideal candidate is detail minded, organised and personable with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Accuracy and an attention to detail in their work is essential.
The ideal candidate requires strong organisational skills, a creative eye, excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving capabilities.
This is a freelance opportunity based from our Dalston studio.
Responsibilities:
A key responsibility of the role with be support on INK high volume projects, this will include:
- Working with INK project managers to track the status of the project
- Being across all project communication tools
- Understanding of client briefs to assist retouchers with queries
- Update of project trackers to ensure all retouch asks are captured
- Liaising with the retouch team to gather timing estimates
- Checking and reviewing client feedback
- Image quality checking to ensure all retouch notes have been worked through to the highest standard
Other responsibilities:
- The creation and update of client facing schedules
- Sourcing and exporting files for the retouch team
- Updating project admin tools
Skills and Qualities
- A strong understanding and passion for creative processes and outputs
- Comfortable engaging with team members at all levels with confidence
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, ‘Asana’, ‘box’, and the G Suite
- Understanding of Abode creative suite and Capture one also beneficial
Experience
- Ideal candidate would have experience in a similar creative studio role
