A rapidly expanding fintech broker based in the City of London, operating on a B2B2C model, is keen to hire a project manager to ensure operational excellence across their business and work with multiple teams simultaneously to successfully deliver complex projects.
Duties will include:
- Proven end-to-end project delivery experience within regulated financial services and 3rd party outsourcing and offshore teams
- Strong knowledge of CASS, AML, KYC, client onboarding and operational controls
- Manage operational creation of new asset classes
- Liaison with multiple departments to include compliance, finance, operations, middle office, CASS and technology
- Confidence managing project plans, budgets, RAID logs, governance, testing and regulatory change
- A recognised project management qualification - PRINCE2, PMP or Agile - or equivalent hands-on experience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and hold stakeholders accountable for delivery
- PM experience within brokerage, custody, investments or outsourced financial-services environments would be particularly valuable.
