Cutting edge Fin Tech Broker operating on B2B2C model are rapidly expanding and are keen to hire an experienced Deputy Head of Compliance. Starting as a contract to permanent basis and reporting to the Head of Compliance, duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all regulatory enquiries and queries
  • Deputising for the Head of Compliance in their absence
  • Working with HOC around all new product approvals and committees
  • Ensuring ongoing Compliance with MiFID II, MAD & MAR
  • Execution of Monitoring Program
  • Deputising for MLRO as required
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Ad hoc Compliance projects
  • Conducting Compliance Training

We are keen to speak to experienced Compliance Managers from a Broking, Wealth, Platform or Market Making background looking to join a dynamic and expanding technology led Retail Broker. Knowledge of Compliance issues around white labelling trading products/technology/platforms and Custody Compliance regulations is required.
