Our model combines strong strategy with a delivery team that supports implementation, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on SEO work and seeing recommendations through into action.

The role

The SEO Specialist is a delivery-focused role centred around the hands‑on implementation of SEO activity across client accounts. This person will be responsible for completing core SEO work, supporting account optimisation and helping turn strategy into action. The role is designed for someone who enjoys the practical side of SEO from on‑page recommendations and technical fixes through to reporting and performance analysis. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build depth in SEO delivery, continue developing their technical and strategic skills, and progress over time into more senior or strategic roles if desired.

What success looks like in the first 90 days

  • Settle into the sprint delivery model and understand how SEO work is prioritised across accounts.
  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day delivery on assigned accounts and complete work to a high standard.
  • Support account performance through strong implementation across technical, content and on‑page SEO tasks.
  • Produce clear and accurate reporting insights to support account optimisation.
  • Build confidence in identifying issues, opportunities and next steps independently.
  • Develop a strong understanding of internal standards, templates and best practices.

Core responsibilities

  • Deliver hands‑on SEO work across client accounts, including on‑page, technical and content‑related tasks.
  • Support implementation of SEO recommendations and sprint deliverables.
  • Carry out keyword research, competitor reviews, content analysis and page optimisation work.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and support with audits, prioritisation and recommendations.
  • Monitor account performance and highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to monthly and sprint reporting by pulling together data, insights and performance commentary.
  • Support account optimisation through proactive delivery and follow‑through on agreed actions.
  • Collaborate with SEO Leads and the wider team to ensure strategy is executed effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation and quality across all work.
  • Keep up to date with SEO developments and continue building knowledge across different workstreams.

What we are looking for

  • Solid SEO experience with a strong interest in hands‑on delivery.
  • Good understanding of technical, on‑page and content SEO fundamentals.
  • Confidence using SEO tools and performance data to inform recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across accounts.
  • An understanding of AI/LLM optimisation and how search is evolving beyond traditional organic results, including awareness of AI Overviews, LLM visibility and how content can be structured for discoverability.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working within processes, timelines and sprint‑based delivery models.
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience across travel, hospitality, e‑commerce or B2B accounts.
  • Exposure to tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEOmonitor, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
  • Experience supporting reporting and performance analysis.

Benefits

  • One extra day holiday per year of service (capped at 5 extra days).
  • Your birthday off.
  • Office closed between Christmas and New Year (some days come from your holiday allowance).
  • Free access to Headspace.
  • Company funded therapy service (confidential).
  • Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home).
