About the Role
You’ll work closely with multiple teams across the business — supporting SEO, PPC, Social Media and Sales. From keyword research to reporting, ad copy to TikTok content ideas — it’s a varied role with loads of exposure and training. As you grow, we’ll help you find the area that suits you best — and give you space to specialise, whether it’s SEO, Paid Media or Social.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO team with admin tasks – keyword research, uploading content, formatting reports
- Support on technical SEO tasks – redirects, site audits, optimisation work (training provided)
- Help create pitch decks and proposal slides with the sales team
- Admin support for the PPC team – ad copy, search term reviews, keyword mapping
- Support the social media manager on content planning, post ideas and scheduling
- Learn and use AI tools to help speed up content, research and creative tasks
- Update and manage tasks via Excel, Teams and our project tools
- Research trends and opportunities across platforms – especially TikTok
- Help with website admin using WordPress and Shopify
About You
- Some experience in digital marketing (a previous internship, freelance work or uni project is ideal)
- Confident communicator and good written English
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and modern digital tools
- Experience with TikTok content creation or strategy is a big bonus
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn – we don’t expect you to know everything, just be up for the challenge
- Organised and proactive – you’ll be juggling different tasks across teams
- Friendly and team-oriented – we’re a close team and collaboration is a big part of our culture
