About the Role The SEO Lead is a senior strategic role focused on shaping SEO direction across a portfolio of key accounts while helping guide the wider SEO team. This person will own client strategy, provide high‑level oversight on delivery, support training and development of SEO Specialists, and help strengthen internal systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, staying close to client performance and team output without being pulled too deeply into day‑to‑day execution. They should still be comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed, whether that is reviewing strategy, troubleshooting issues or helping unlock delivery.

- Confidence working on premium accounts with senior stakeholders.
