We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for site specific projects to determine the suitability of the product solution.
- Conduct pre-contract site visits and surveys across the UK.
- Produce Bluebeam markups and dimensions on customer supplied drawings.
- Input in customer tenders and produce quotations using a standard costing calculator, and then track actual performance.
- Work with the relevant Site Manager to produce programmes of work, targets, RAMS and site-specific training matrices.
- Work with the Site Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure sites have materials and contract labour in place as per programmes of work.
- Set up site QA platforms and monitor records for quality and compliance.
- Conduct visits to live sites to view progress and compliance with the relevant Site Manager.
- Produce OEM manuals upon completion of sites.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager or QS.
- Degree in Construction or Passive Fire.
- Experience of working on tall buildings and with access equipment.
- Experience of working with cavity barriers.
- Extensive knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Good communication, writing and IT literacy skills.
- Full UK Driving license.
- Experience with Bluebeam, 2D AutoCAD or 3D Solid Works is an advantage, but training can be provided.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office per week.
