We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse to join our Patient Solutions team, delivering outstanding care as part of the Baxter Homecare Programme across the South Central region. Key locations include: Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, Winchester, Basingstoke, and Salisbury.
The Role
- Lead and support a small team of nurses (up to 5).
- Deliver safe, effective patient care in homes, hospitals, and virtually.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, NHS hospitals, and stakeholders.
- Provide patient education and transition support between hospital and community care.
- Manage performance against KPIs, audits, and service standards.
- Deputise for the Nurse Manager and contribute to on-call services.
About You
- NMC Registered Nurse with 2+ years' post-registration experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communicator with a patient-centred approach.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness.
