This is a great opportunity to join the Central Functions HR team at an important point in Inizio's journey. You will partner with leaders across the central group functions, helping them strengthen their teams, shape the future organisation and create the conditions for people to thrive.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of HR for Corporate Functions, the Senior People Partner will be a trusted partner to leaders across Inizio's central group functions. You will be about helping leaders make confident people decisions, strengthen capability and build teams that are ready for the future. You will bring a blend of strategic thinking, practical judgement and stakeholder partnership, working with leaders who are at different stages of growth, change and maturity. You will work with People Services and HR Centres of Expertise. This includes Talent Management, Reward, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and People Solutions. You will connect enterprise People & Culture priorities to what leaders practically need daily. You will play an important part in helping the central functions continue to evolve. It will support culture, leadership effectiveness, succession, engagement, organisation design, and the ongoing development of a proactive, commercially connected HR function.

Here's what you'll be doing

  • Partner with leaders across IT, Finance, HR and other central group functions to build stronger teams, clearer ways of working and the capability needed for Inizio's next stage of growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with functional leaders, understanding their priorities, team dynamics and where they are on their growth and development journeys.
  • Help leaders shape the capability, culture and leadership behaviours their teams will need to thrive in a more connected Inizio.
  • Act as a coach and partner, offering thoughtful challenge, sound judgement and support on people, team and leadership priorities.
  • Work with Talent Management and Talent Development to make talent reviews, succession and development planning meaningful, practical and future-focused.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition so hiring decisions strengthen both the capability and culture we are building across the central functions.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards on fair, well-governed and commercially sensible reward decisions, including salary review, bonus, benchmarking and job architecture.
  • Use data, insight and employee feedback to help leaders understand what is working, where risks may be emerging and how to create the right conditions for people to perform.
  • Support organisation design and change activity where needed, with a focus on clarity, leader readiness, and a positive employee experience.
  • Embed Inizio-wide People and Culture processes and tools in a way that feels simple, useful and relevant for leaders.
  • Work across People Services, People Solutions, Employee Relations, Legal and the HR Centres of Expertise to provide joined-up, proactive and value-adding HR support.

What do you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • 5 years HR business partnering experience, with the confidence to advise, challenge and influence senior leaders.
  • An understanding of how organisations grow and evolve, including leadership, culture, capability and organisation design.
  • Proven ability to align people priorities to team goals, commercial realities and future capability needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across leaders, HR Centers Of Excellence, People Services, Legal, Finance and other partners.
  • Practical experience with talent, succession, performance, reward and hiring governance.
  • Confidence using data, insight and feedback to spot themes and turn them into clear recommendations.
  • A genuine commitment to building an inclusive, connected and high-performing culture aligned to Inizio's purpose and growth ambitions.
