Role Overview
Reporting to the Director Payroll, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the delivery of accurate, compliant and timely payroll services across assigned countries, legal entities and employee populations.
Working within the Global Finance Services (GFS) shared services model and the ADP managed services environment, you will manage payroll processing activities, validate payroll outputs, maintain payroll data and support compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
Working closely with HR, GFS RTR Team, Finance, Tax and ADP, you will help deliver a high-quality payroll service and positive employee experience.

- Payroll Operations
- Submit payroll inputs to ADP in accordance with payroll calendars and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Validate ADP payroll outputs against source data before approval.
- Manage the ADP service relationship for assigned payroll populations.
- Investigate and resolve routine payroll queries and issues.
- Governance & Compliance
- Support compliance with payroll legislation, tax requirements and organisational policies.
- Maintain payroll documentation and audit trails.
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliations and payroll accounting.
- Support ADP system updates, user acceptance testing, parallel runs and payroll audits.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to payroll process improvement initiatives and service quality enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in Payroll Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2–5 years' experience in payroll administration, payroll processing and shared services.
- Experience in multinational payroll environments within a global Shared Services Centre (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment is essential.
- Experience with ADP (Global View, Celergo, Streamline or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Technical & Operational Expertise
- Strong payroll processing knowledge.
- ADP or equivalent managed payroll platform experience.
- Understanding of payroll controls, governance and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and customer service skills.

- Resolve payroll discrepancies, processing exceptions and employee queries.
- Support process improvements and escalate compliance concerns appropriately.
