Description: Inizio is inviting applications for the position of Junior Group Legal Counsel to join its established, remote-working commercial legal team. The successful candidate will provide a broad range of commercial legal support to portfolio companies across the UK, Europe, and North America. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating client and supplier contracts, advising on data protection and intellectual property, assisting with RFIs/RFPs, and providing guidance on regulatory issues such as the ABPI Code of Practice.
Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors in England & Wales with 0-2 years' PQE. Candidates should possess excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is considered an advantage.
