Homecare IV Therapy Nurse - TPN (Outpatient Services) Location: Oxford Contract: Permanent, full time Hours: 40 hours per week split shifts 7am-12 and 5pm-10pm We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Advisor to support patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) through a specialist outpatient homecare service. This role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care, education, and ongoing support to patients living with complex nutritional needs, enabling them to safely and confidently manage TPN therapy in their own homes and community settings. The role Working across a specialist outpatient programme, you will support patients from initiation through to long-term management of TPN therapy. You will provide hands-on clinical care, structured education, and ongoing follow-up, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred delivery.
