Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Clinical Nurse to join our field based nursing team covering Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse (NMC) who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in line with service protocols

• Educate and support patients, families, and carers

• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals

• Report and monitor clinical incidents as required

• Maintain clinical equipment and follow compliance standards

What You’ll Need

Essential:

• NMC registration (Adult or Children’s Nurse)

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Confident using IT systems and Android devices

Desirable:

• Experience with CVAD or parenteral nutrition

• Knowledge of outpatient antibiotic therapy or iron management
