Salary: Competitive + Benefits We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a unique dual role, combining remote clinical support with community-based patient care.

You'll spend most of your time providing expert clinical advice and triage through our Clinical Helpline, while also supporting patients receiving parenteral nutrition in their own homes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, variety, and delivering outstanding patient care.

What You'll Do Provide telephone clinical advice and triage to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Escalate urgent or complex cases appropriately.

Deliver specialist community nursing care and patient education.

Support patients receiving parenteral nutrition and IV therapies at home.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold clinical governance standards.

About You Registered Nurse (NMC).

Minimum two years' post-registration experience.

Experience in community nursing, IV therapy, homecare, or a similar clinical setting.

Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Full UK driving licence.
