About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Patient Solutions team at Inizio Engage. This field-based role involves supporting patients and healthcare professionals through clinical care, education, and service feedback delivered in home, community, or remote settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care and patient education as per programme protocols
- Support follow-up care and ensure accurate documentation
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Report adverse events and maintain compliance with policies and SOPs
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements
- Current NMC/NMBI registration
- 2+ years post-registration experience
- Venipuncture - essential experience required
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Satisfactory DBS and medical clearance
