The Role:

Inizio Engage are working with the client, a market leader within their industry, to support their requirement for an Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and become a member of an existing team who are supportive and collaborative.

The role of the Account Executive will comprise of the following duties:

  • Responsible for the follow up of lead generation via telephone and email
  • Contacting clients regarding their incoming enquiries
  • Speaking with new customers to the business and discussing other service offerings that would be available to them
  • Preparation of maintenance contract documents for new customers
  • Monitoring conversion rates of leads
  • Maintenance of existing and new account management
  • Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Area Managers with potential customers
  • Update the CRM system with all administration
  • Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing technical advice and guidance to customers where appropriate
  • Increasing the awareness of the brand and gaining new business from leads generated to this team

Experience & Expertise:

This position requires someone to have proven and outstanding customer service experience within an internal sales or internal account management position. You will have worked within an industry selling a service ideally.
