The role focuses on the Japan market and offers the chance to develop solid industry knowledge, advanced analytical skills, and exposure to senior directors early in your career. As part of the analysis team you will gain visibility, collaborate within a close‑knit team, and take on a high level of responsibility from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal STEM senior leadership and local project teams to establish project delivery requirements
  • Client facing – relationship building through project set up and delivery, managing external requests and deadlines
  • Managing multiple client projects
  • Building and maintaining MS Excel databases from source data
  • Analysing client data using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate key performance indicators
  • Pressure testing source data and identifying areas for investigation
  • Collaborating with Project leaders and local teams to interpret data and formulate action plans and recommendations for clients
  • Producing high quality presentations and other deliverables for clients using MS PowerPoint
  • Supporting members of the analysis team to meet client deadlines and drive development and efficiencies within the team

Qualifications:

  • Full proficiency in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Science‑based degree with numerical emphasis (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) or relevant analytical experience
  • Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders
  • Experience using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Proactive, driven, with a strong work ethic and ambition to grow in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
