We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our HEOR team as a Director, focusing on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation Studies. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that influence healthcare decision-making, advancing the understanding of patient perspectives and preferences to enhance value-driven healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in the design and delivery of PRO and preference elicitation research.
  • Drive innovation in preference elicitation methodologies and PRO development.
  • Shape evidence generation strategies to support HTA submissions and payer negotiations.
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering expertise in PRO and preference elicitation studies.
  • Build and manage client relationships, contributing to business development through proposal preparation and thought leadership activities.
  • Collaborate with other HEOR functions, including health economic modelling and real-world evidence, to deliver integrated solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7‑8 years of experience, with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.
  • Demonstrable expertise in designing and conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research for PRO and preference elicitation studies.
  • Knowledge of methodologies for utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation.
  • Strong skills in statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience publishing in peer‑reviewed journals.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with HTA environments and global payer requirements.
  • Knowledge of innovative methodologies in preference elicitation, such as discrete choice experiments and best‑worst scaling.
  • Experience in business development and client engagement, including proposal and pitch preparation.
