The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

As a Senior Creative Strategist you will be an important member of the strategy and insight team at Emota, part of Inizio Engage XD. Emota is our award-winning global events agency that creates and delivers engaging, impactful experiences.

You will work on a diverse portfolio of brands to enhance their experiential and event presence. You will lead strategy for pharmaceutical clients and working on opportunities in non-pharma sectors. You will drive engaging brand experiences, collaborating with clients, creative, and production teams.

You will work on multiple clients but given autonomy to lead projects and build accounts in the position.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the London office (Option to work 4 days)

You will report into the Head of Strategy.

What you\’ll do…

  • Develop creative strategies for clients\’ brand and product engagements across multiple events, including pharma congresses, trade shows, installations, activations, and global meetings.
  • Create insights and strategies that inform creative work and resonate culturally with diverse audiences.
  • Identify and explore fresh audience insights and new trends to inspire creative direction.
  • Share insights, best practices, and insights with creative, production, and client teams.
  • Integrate strategic practices into the live and exhibitions teams at Emota.

What you\’ll need to have…

  • Experience as a strategist within events, a bonus if you have experiential PR agencies, or shopper marketing experience
  • An understanding of what works in physical space is necessary, but comprehending the importance of the end to end experiential journey is also important.
  • Proficient in using data and cultural insights to inform strategic execution.
  • Curious and able to work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience presenting, storytelling and pitching to clients
  • Interest in thought-leadership, independent research, and trends exploration.
