We are seeking an ambitious Health Economist and Outcomes Researcher to join our growing Health Economics team as an Analyst focusing on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation Studies. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that influence healthcare decision-making, advancing the understanding of patient perspectives and preferences to enhance value-driven healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support a range of quantitative and qualitative health economics and outcomes research projects, including health valuation and utility measurement, analysis of outcomes data, and development of patient-reported outcome measures for our clients.
  • Focus on patient-reported outcome measurement and preference elicitation research.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Educational degree (e.g., MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.
  • Knowledge of health economics methodologies for patient-reported outcomes, including utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency with statistical software packages such as Stata or R.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly present technical issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to support non-project activities for PHMR.
