We are recruiting Research Analysts to join our early careers programme in our Major Trackers team, involving specialising in quantitative market research projects.

Our Major Tracking Programs team partners with global pharmaceutical clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative quantitative brand equity tracking market research techniques.

Research Analyst job role (quantitative research):

  • You will focus on quantitative research techniques, supporting our market-leading major trackers during all stages of the projects\’ lifecycles.
  • You will conduct quantitative research with healthcare professionals, involving coding, data / table checking, charting of quantitative data and conducting data analysis.
  • You will work alongside colleagues at different levels of seniority and from across different departments (e.g. Operations, Analytics, Data Management), building your knowledge of the range of techniques involved in brand equity tracking.
  • You will gain experience using innovative AI-powered platforms and tools, developing your technical expertise as a healthcare market researcher in an evolving sector.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects end-to-end and develop your expertise and knowledge in multiple disease areas.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Drafting research materials (screeners and questionnaires)
  • Briefing internal and external colleagues on project requirements (e.g. analysts, coders, link checkers, data management teams)
  • Day-to-day liaison with internal project management team who oversee the management of project timelines, budgets and fieldwork agencies and freelancers
  • Trouble-shoot fieldwork problems with internal project management team, suggesting solutions
  • Performing data checks on raw data
  • Conducting analysis of quantitative data, generating insights
  • Preparing initial drafts of reports (or subsections of larger reports) for review by the project team

For Research Analyst positions, we are looking for people with the following skills and attributes:

  • You are inquisitive and want to understand the \”why\”
  • You are numerate with a high degree of accuracy and can demonstrate analytical capabilities with complex quantitative data sets
  • You have good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • You are proactive with a can-do attitude; able to identify issues and generate solutions
  • You have excellent organizational skills, are able to multi-task whilst maintaining a high level of focus on each task
  • You are creative and like seeking out novel solutions to client problems
  • You have, or are predicted, a 2.1 or 1st class honours degree (or equivalent) OR you have 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. project management, data analysis or research fieldwork)
  • We encourage applicants with postgraduate degrees (e.g. MSc / MA programmes).
  • Ideally you have a degree in the sciences, management, social sciences, mathematics or modern languages, but we are open to degrees from any background. Degree programmes with a quantitative element are particularly of interest.

We will be recruiting these positions over the course of August and September 2025, with a start date of 4 November 2025 .

Assessment Process:

Across all three role types, there will be a three-stage assessment process :

  • Application form – submit your CV and answer some short questions about your background and interests (while we are passionate about AI, we want to hear about the real you!)
  • First round remote interview (MS Teams) – a competency and behavioural interview with a mid-seniority member of the relevant team
  • In-person Assessment Centre to be held at our London office in Putney Bridge (likely to take place in late September )

HYBRID WORKING MODEL:

This role will primarily be based in our offices in Putney, London, and candidates must be able to work from our offices for a minimum of 2 days per week (occasionally more for training, team meetings, etc.)

During the first 3 weeks of the role , there will be a full training programme, conducted in-person at our London offices. All applicants must be able to attend these sessions in-person.
