We are seeking an ambitious Health Economist and Outcomes Researcher to join our growing Health Economics team as an Analyst focusing on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation Studies. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that influence healthcare decision-making, advancing the understanding of patient perspectives and preferences to enhance value-driven healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support a range of quantitative and qualitative health economics and outcomes research projects, including health valuation and utility measurement, analysis of outcomes data, and development of patient-reported outcome measures for our clients.
- Focus on patient‑reported outcome measurement and preference elicitation research.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Educational degree (e.g., MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1‑3 years of experience with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.
- Knowledge of health economics methodologies for patient‑reported outcomes, including utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation.
- Understanding of statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with statistical software packages such as Stata or R.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present technical issues.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to support non‑project activities for PHMR.
