Emota is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Live Event Production team across global meetings, events and exhibitions. You will assist with planning, scheduling and budget tracking, working closely with Producers, clients and suppliers to keep projects on track.
You’ll contribute to co-ordinating timelines, documentation and status updates, using Smartsheet and the Office 365 suite, while travelling to on-site events around the world.
