About the team: We have recently established a new Data Delivery & Dashboards Team in India, based in Gurgaon. This new hub will be part of our global Operations team, reporting into Operations Director based in the UK office. The Data Delivery & Dashboards team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of complex data outputs for our healthcare market research projects. The team is responsible for conducting comprehensive quality checks on large datasets, transforming and standardising data files to meet project and client requirements, and managing delivery through automated and off-the-shelf dashboard solutions.
Your primary role: The Data Delivery & Dashboards Executive role will report into the Dashboard Manager. The Data Delivery & Dashboards Executive will be a key member of the newly formed India-based Data Management & Delivery Hub, supporting quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets. As a Dashboard Developer Executive, you build and maintain high impact dashboards and data visualisations that transform raw market research data into actionable insights. You will also support the team in delivering insightful, user-friendly dashboards through automated tools and off-the-shelf solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in performing detailed quality control checks on large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support the transformation and standardisation of data files to align with internal data structures, project needs, and client-specific formats.
- Assist in the creation, population, and maintenance of dashboards using off-the-shelf tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms), ensuring outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned with research objectives.
- Help manage and organise the final delivery of data files and dashboards to internal teams and clients, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Development team, Data Processing, Scripting, Project Management and Research teams to ensure smooth handovers and integration of deliverables.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, data transformation steps, and QC logs to support transparency, reproducibility, and audit-readiness.
- Engage in training opportunities to build knowledge in healthcare data, market research workflows, dashboarding tools, and data handling best practices.
Your skills and experience:
- Technical Expertise: PHP3+ (3+ years) | Frameworks: Laravel, CodeIgniter or similar MVC Frameworks
- REST & SOAP API design for seamless data connectivity
- Database Expertise: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL | Advanced querying & optimisation
- Frontend / Visualization: Responsive UI with Bootstrap & Blade templating, Visual libraries: Chart.js, D3.js, High Charts, Google Charts
- AWS & Google Cloud deployment and data processing
- Containers: Docker, Vagrant, VirtualBox
- CI/CD: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
- Caching & Performance: Redis, Memcached for low latency, high volume dashboards
- Security & Code Quality: Data access control and role-based permissions
- Agile collaboration via JIRA, Confluence, Slack
