About the team:

Our Major Tracking Programs team partners with global pharmaceutical clients to run large‑scale longitudinal brand tracking programmes, such as Ignite, using innovative quantitative research to understand brand performance, customer engagement and the drivers of future prescribing. The Major Tracking Programs team is part of our Europe Custom Research division and works closely with Operations, Analytics and Data to deliver high‑quality outputs. The team uses innovative methods, including AI tools, to turn complex data into actionable client recommendations. The programmes run monthly, quarterly or biannually depending on scope, and cover multiple markets and therapy areas. Each therapy area has its own project team, while the central team coordinates questionnaires, input, deliverables, dashboards and automation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the programme.

This Associate Director role sits within our Europe Custom Research team and reports into the Program Director. It focuses on leading the central delivery of our major quantitative brand tracking programmes, ensuring that client needs are translated into clear specifications, accurate outputs and timely deliverables across multiple waves of research.

Your primary role:

  • You will oversee major brand tracking programmes with the Program Director Lead, keeping scope, cadence, quality and priorities aligned across each wave of research.
  • You will liaise directly with the central client teams, central TA leads and internal RP teams, capturing changes, agreeing actions and keeping the programme on track.
  • You will partner with the project teams to ensure they are delivering against the overall programme objectives and reporting timelines.
  • You will lead the central workflow from questionnaire review and input collection through coding, tab specs, data production, dashboard updates and automated report generation.
  • You will manage external vendors and offshore teams to deliver a high volume of reports and outputs to a consistently high standard and on time.
  • You will run training sessions for junior and mid‑level staff to build capability across tracking, reporting, dashboards and workshops.
  • You will act as a TA subject‑matter expert, developing and delivering clear presentations and workshops and ensuring smooth cross‑team coordination.
  • You will line‑manage, mentor and guide at least one direct report, supporting their professional development, career progression and ongoing motivation.

  • Expertise in long‑term planning across multiple waves and multiple markets.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across geographies, including offshore teams.
  • Exposure to innovative methods, including AI and automation in market research, would be preferred.
  • Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills with clients and internal team members.

Ideal profile:
