You will work with a diverse range of clients including global pharmaceutical companies, multilateral organisations and NGOs, on complex, cross-border health policy and public affairs challenges. This is a fast-paced and varied role. • Monitor and interpret global and regional policy and political developments, translating insights into clear implications for clients.
  • Provide timely updates and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resourcing across accounts.
  • Delegate effectively to junior team members and provide oversight and coaching to support their development.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to proposal development.
  • Build and maintain a network of external stakeholders to support client work and business growth.

About you

You will bring:

  • Experience in healthcare policy, public affairs or communications, ideally within an international or multi-market context.
  • Strong understanding of global health policy dynamics and stakeholder landscapes.
  • Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in working with clients and building professional relationships.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
