The opportunity: Our Inizio Evoke Europe Strategy & Insights team are looking for a Research Executive to join our truly multi-disciplinary team of practitioners. Together we conceive, create and deliver the highest quality communication programmes, advertising campaigns, social media content plans, and product marketing for our clients. The S&I team are responsible for insight gathering on behalf of our agency network and many global clients. This role will involve the high quality and timely delivery of a diverse range of market research projects demonstrating an innate ability to understand, interpret and screen scientific content in order to provide relevant information to our clients.
So, what will you be doing? As a Research Executive within our Insights team, you will be part of a small team dedicated to delivering global market research projects with responsibility for supporting projects from design through to delivery. You will work with a range of respondent types including HCPs, patients, payors, pharmaceutical company employees among others, across multiple therapy areas for a diverse range of clients. Key responsibilities will include:
- Input into the development of discussion guides and questionnaires
- Managing and monitoring fieldwork
- Contributing to analysis and the interpretation of findings
What you’ll bring:
- Knowledge and understanding of market research
- Ideally experience within the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with typical project types including qualitative and quantitative research
- A keen eye for detail, accuracy and consistency
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment
- Understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally hold a degree within a relevant subject (life sciences, psychology, mathematics or business)
- Strong organisational skills and be able to adopt a flexible working approach
- Effective time management skills to deliver work of the highest standard in line with client deadlines
