The Position: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Operations Manager to join our Operations team, based in our brand-new Brighton office in the North Laine. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the office and enhancing the employee experience at Inizio Evoke Europe. This includes overseeing health and safety, and leading culture and operational initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with our Associate Director of Operations, IT teams, and external suppliers to ensure a safe, efficient, and inspiring working environment for our 50+ Brighton-based team. This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring a collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills, and a passion for people and culture. You’ll also help align experiences across our wider UK offices by working with other Office Managers.
As a key member of the Operations team, you’ll be expected to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, build strong internal and external relationships, and support data-driven decision making to help our business scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management- Lead the day-to-day running of the Brighton office, helping employees navigate the space and solving on-site issues as they arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building management and suppliers to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Responsible for facilities management, including managing our maintenance, repairs, space & desk planning, and decoration.
- Working closely with office managers in our UK and US offices to ensure a consistent experience in all locations.
- Lead office health & safety, ensuring adherence to H&S regulations - acting as Fire Warden and First Aider (training provided), this includes:
- Scheduling and coordinating fire risk assessments, emergency light testing, extinguisher servicing, and DSE assessments.
- Delivering H&S inductions for new starters.
- First Aid and emergency procedures
- Incident reporting and resolution
- Compliance audits and record keeping
- Own the local onboarding experience for new starters: Liaise with HR and IT to coordinate equipment and logistics.
- Responsible for all pre-arrival admin, preboarding inductions, employee communication, line manager support, and scheduling of agency inductions.
- Deliver engaging office and H&S inductions.
- Supporting the resourcing team with onboarding/inductions for new freelancers.
- Owning and living our company values and strategic vision - including the management of our recognition and reward scheme, regularly reviewing and evolving our approach.
- Support internal communications: Manage content and scheduling for company meetings.
- Maintain internal channels (e.g. MS Teams) to share updates and foster connection.
- Support our leadership with business updates.
- Lead our Culture Team, planning and budgeting year-round activities to build engagement across our office locations and remote teams.
- Organise staff socials and events, including booking venues and coordinating travel/accommodation for remote employees.
- Collaborate with the wider Operations team to identify and implement improvements to company processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Support the delivery of wider business projects, bringing an operational lens to planning and execution.
- Gain working knowledge of our internal tools and platforms, supporting training and creating user documentation as needed.
- Manage subscriptions and vendor contracts, including renewals and invoicing.
- Build trusted relationships with external partners and contractors, ensuring high-quality service and cost efficiency.
- Support with contract management, administration, and ongoing support for freelancers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with Zoom, MS Teams, and IT ticketing systems (desirable)
- Quick to learn new systems/software with relative ease
- Comfortable with in-office and virtual meeting tech
- First Aid and/or Fire Warden qualified (or willing to train)
- Experience in onboarding and people-focused practices
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Able to work strategically and collaboratively at all levels
