As Senior Account Executive, you will drive client delivery and account management across UK and international policy practices, shaping policy insights and strategic campaigns for pharmaceutical, global health, and charity clients.
You’ll coordinate projects, support business development, and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to growth and high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities
- Own key workstreams within client accounts to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with objectives
- Draft and review client materials (briefings, reports, stakeholder maps, communications outputs)
- Build effective client relationships and manage day-to-day account requirements
- Monitor UK and global policy developments; translate into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support development of policy and public affairs strategies, including messaging and stakeholder engagement plans
- Coordinate project timelines and team activities to meet priorities
- Assist with meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activities
- Contribute to new business and account growth through research, insight, proposals and presentations
- Share knowledge, contribute to DEI and wellbeing initiatives and maintain topical expertise on health policy and markets
- Key requirements
- Experience in healthcare policy, public affairs or communications, ideally in an agency or consultancy with exposure to client account or business development
- Experience across UK and/or international policy environments
- Strong research, analytical and written communication skills to translate complex issues into clear recommendations
- Good project coordination and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
