This role would be working across our UK and International policy practices. The broad scope of our clients' interests means that no two days are the same - from day one you will be handsāon in helping to deliver global policy landscaping research, the next organising the launch of a report in the UK Parliament or putting together a video on how artificial intelligence could help the NHS address workforce challenges.
About you
You have a passion for global and/or UK health policy, politics and public affairs. You may have studied politics, international relations, or public health or done internships or placements in healthcare policy in Parliament, the charity sector, agency, or elsewhere.
You are curious about the issues and forces that drive health policy change and like learning about new diseases in different contexts. You have strong research and analysis skills and would relish the opportunity of working across different projects in a fastāpaced consultancy environment.

As an Account Executive, you will be an essential part of a team working with clients across a wide range of issues and challenges. Our clients are diverse, ranging from small charities to global pharmaceutical companies, but they are united by the shared aim of improving the lives of patients and populations around the world.
The broad scope of our clients' interests means that no two days are the same - from day one you will be handsāon in helping to deliver a wide range of projects, involving anything from organising the launch of a report in Parliament to putting together a video on how artificial intelligence could help the NHS address workforce challenges.
Our Account Executives are responsible for:
- Updating our clients on the latest political or NHS developments and advising them on the implications for their interests
- Mapping important individuals and organisations who our clients should engage with and help them develop relationships
- Undertaking research into complex issues and distilling relevant details into digestible key points
- Supporting the organisation of workshops, roundtables and conferences
- Pitching for new business to potential clients

You will be confident and driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As the successful applicant, you must be able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving while maintaining high attention to detail.
