We're looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager to join our growing team at Inizio Evoke Comms Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in analytics, insights, research or digital measurement who wants to play a central role in helping some of the world's leading healthcare companies make smarter, more informed decisions.

As part of our specialist Insights & Analytics team, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that influence communications strategies, campaigns and business decisions. From social listening and stakeholder analysis to digital performance measurement and market intelligence, you'll help uncover the stories behind the data and bring them to life through clear, actionable recommendations.

You'll partner closely with communications, strategy and client services teams to ensure insights are embedded throughout the planning, execution and evaluation of client programmes. You'll also have the opportunity to explore innovative approaches and emerging technologies, including AI-powered research and analytics tools, helping us continuously evolve our capabilities.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage multiple client analytics projects from inception to delivery
  • Design and implement research methodologies that answer complex client questions
  • Analyse and interpret social listening, stakeholder, digital and website performance data
  • Transform data into compelling stories, insights and recommendations that drive action
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Partner with account teams to develop data-driven communications strategies and measurement frameworks
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets and deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, analytics technologies and AI-powered tools
  • Contribute to new business opportunities through research, insights and pitch support
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop team capabilities and best practices
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Insights & Analytics function

What are we looking for?

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science or a related discipline
  • Approximately 4–6 years' experience in analytics, insights, research or a data-focused role
  • Experience using social listening and audience intelligence platforms such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite or similar tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Codex or similar platforms
  • Experience with Boolean search methodologies and advanced research techniques
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and website performance metrics, including Google Analytics or equivalent platforms
  • Experience designing and conducting research projects using a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work directly with clients
  • Experience translating complex datasets into clear business recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Desirable

  • Experience working within healthcare communications, healthcare marketing or pharmaceutical environments
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital measurement and benchmarking tools such as SEMrush
  • Experience with coding, scripting, APIs or data visualisation tools
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other relevant analytics certifications
