Account Executive â UK & InternationalThe roleAs an Account Executive , you will work across both our UK and International policy practices, supporting the delivery of highâquality public affairs and policy programmes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across domestic and global health policy environments, working on issues ranging from NHS reform to global access to medicines.
From day one, you will be actively involved in client work. You might be conducting global policy landscaping research, supporting engagement at the World Health Assembly, organising an event in the UK Parliament â no two days are the same.
You will play a key role in supporting account teams, developing your technical skills, and building your understanding of policy and stakeholder landscapes across multiple geographies.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient delivery & account support
Support the dayâtoâday running of client accounts, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
Assist in the preparation of client materials, including briefings, reports, presentations and stakeholder maps
Contribute to the coordination of client meetings, including preparing agendas, materials and followâup actions
Research, insight & policy monitoring
Monitor UK, European and global policy and political developments, identifying relevant updates for clients
Conduct research and analysis on key health policy issues, distilling findings into clear, concise outputs
Support stakeholder mapping and analysis to inform client engagement strategies
Project coordination & events
Support the organisation and delivery of events, including roundtables, workshops, conferences and international meetings
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking timelines, coordinating inputs and maintaining project documentation
Business development support
Contribute to new business activity, including background research, insight development and proposal preparation
Support the development of credentials and marketing materials
Team contribution & development
Actively contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing, wellbeing and DEI activities
Build expertise in health policy and public affairs, developing an understanding of both UK and international systems
Take ownership of your development, seeking feedback and learning opportunities
About You
A strong interest in UK and/or global health policy, politics and public affairs
Academic or internship experience in a relevant field (e.g. politics, international relations, public health or life sciences)
Strong research, analytical and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fastâpaced consultancy environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
