We are proudly part of Inizio Evoke, a global health marketing, communications, and transformation platform unlocking growth through data-driven insights and human centricity. We are purpose-built to make Health more humanâ„¢.

This role would be working across our UK and International policy practices. The broad scope of our clients’ interests means that no two days are the same - from day one you will be hands‑on in helping to deliver global policy landscaping research, the next organising the launch of a report in the UK Parliament or putting together a video on how artificial intelligence could help the NHS address workforce challenges.

About you

You have a passion for global and/or UK health policy, politics and public affairs. You may have studied politics, international relations, or public health or done internships or placements in healthcare policy in Parliament, the charity sector, agency, or elsewhere. You are curious about the issues and forces that drive health policy change and like learning about new diseases in different contexts. You have strong research and analysis skills and would relish the opportunity of working across different projects in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

So, what’s the job?

As an Account Executive, you will be an essential part of a team working with clients across a wide range of issues and challenges. Our clients are diverse, ranging from small charities to global pharmaceutical companies, but they are united by the shared aim of improving the lives of patients and populations around the world. The broad scope of our clients’ interests means that no two days are the same - from day one you will be hands‑on in helping to deliver a wide range of projects, involving anything from organising the launch of a report in Parliament to putting together a video on how artificial intelligence could help the NHS address workforce challenges.

Our Account Executives are responsible for:

  • Updating our clients on the latest political or NHS developments and advising them on the implications for their interests
  • Mapping important individuals and organisations who our clients should engage with and help them develop relationships
  • Undertaking research into complex issues and distilling relevant details into digestible key points
  • Supporting the organisation of workshops, roundtables and conferences
  • Pitching for new business to potential clients

What opportunities are there for development?

We are as ambitious for ourselves as we are for our clients. We aim to provide an environment that delivers outstanding opportunities for development and allows people to progress as fast and far as they are able to. Our offer includes a formal training programme, a personal training budget, regular opportunities to hear from expert speakers, and most importantly the opportunity to work with and learn from a senior team that has been helped to drive some of the most significant health policy change in recent times.

Who is the ideal candidate?

We’re looking for someone who has some experience of working in public affairs or communications, whether in Parliament, the charity sector, agency, or elsewhere, and wants to take their career to the next level. Above all we’re looking for bright creative thinkers with an interest in politics and the NHS who are keen to learn and impress. You will be confident and driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As the successful applicant, you must be able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving while maintaining high attention to detail.

Don't meet every job requirement? That’s okay! Our company is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. If you’re excited about this role, but your experience doesn’t perfectly fit every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right person for this role or others.
