We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in managing key accounts, but also passionate about oncology and making a tangible difference in the lives of patients. Key Responsibilities:- Drive usage of promoted products to achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets across the territory.
- Develop and execute robust account plans tailored to the needs of each customer and aligned with business objectives.
- Quickly establish strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a valued partner to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement account strategies and overcome access barriers.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the local NHS environment, hospital procurement processes, and regional dynamics affecting haem-oncology.
- Proven senior Key Account Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to haematology or oncology.
- A strong track record of delivering sales success and driving business growth through account-based strategies.
- Deep understanding of the NHS structure, hospital procurement, and access pathways.
- Ability to build relationships quickly, with both new and existing customers, and leverage these to drive activity and outcomes.
- A self-motivated, results-focused mindset, with the capability to work autonomously and make an immediate impact.
