Job Title: Patient Scheduler
Head Office-based (Ashby de la Zouch),
Full time, Hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office)

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our patient solutions team. This role will involve reviewing and updating visit schedules, ensuring patient visits are safely covered daily, and coordinating nurse resources for current and future visits.
You will support the scheduling manager in delivering efficient, safe scheduling solutions while meeting operational goals and KPIs.
While experience in patient or healthcare scheduling is a plus, we welcome candidates with scheduling experience in any sector such as logistics, service industries, field teams, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and update patient visit schedules to ensure proper coverage.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and NHS teams.
* Provide regular reports to clients, ensuring progress against KPIs.
* Assist with contingency measures to maintain patient safety.
* Ensure strict adherence to client and NHS processes.
* Support operational goals and provide feedback on scheduling performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Essential: GCSE in Maths, English, IT.
* Desirable: A-Level English, Maths, or equivalent; Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience in scheduling appointments or events.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills.
* Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
