We’re looking for a warm, proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role you will be the friendly face that brings our values to life each day, ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed, supported and inspired. You will oversee the smooth running of our Ashby office, provide professional administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in fostering our people‑first culture.
What You’ll Do
- Provide proactive and confidential support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
- Coordinate diaries, manage travel logistics, prepare correspondence and assist with expense reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, clients and visitors, delivering a warm, professional and memorable welcome that reflects our company values.
- Handle calls, manage visitor access and coordinate meeting rooms, catering and desk bookings to keep the office running seamlessly.
- Support the organisation and delivery of social, cultural and engagement events that strengthen our sense of community.
- Communicate key updates, celebrations and office news to ensure our teams feel informed, connected and valued.
- Work closely with the Business Services Manager to manage facilities and maintain a safe, secure and welcoming workplace.
