Inizio Engage are partnering with a global leader in healthcare technology, to recruit a Territory Manager – Pelvic Health. This is a high-impact field role supporting the growth of a product and therapy that helps patients regain control and improve quality of life.

The Role
As Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your region, building strong partnerships with clinical teams while driving sustainable commercial growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional colleagues and be trusted to manage your territory with autonomy, accountability, and care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and executing a clear territory and account strategy
- Delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets
- Building trusted relationships with clinicians and stakeholders across pelvic health services
- Providing clinical support in theatre during Sacral Neuromodulation procedures
- Identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and patient pathways
- Managing inventory and working closely with Operations and Customer Care
- Supporting education and training programmes for customers and colleagues
- Representing the business at regional meetings, congresses and customer events
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM compliance (Salesforce)
What you’ll bring
Essential:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high personal accountability
- A collaborative approach and desire to be part of a high-performing team
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across the territory
Desirable:
- Experience in Urology, UroGynaecology or Colorectal therapy areas
- Medical device or surgical sales experience
- Comfort working in an operating theatre environment
