Inizio Engage is proud to be partnering with a well-established pharmaceutical client on a high-impact national project to support NHS hospitals in accessing critical infusion products. We are looking for NHS Engagement Executives to play a vital role in communicating directly with NHS hospital procurement teams across the UK.
This is a focused, fast-paced role where your communication skills, NHS knowledge, and drive will help ensure hospitals are aware of essential products that are fully in stock and available for immediate use. You\’ll be working from a pre-defined target list, using your initiative to engage stakeholders, build awareness, and remove barriers to access.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Proactively engage with NHS hospital procurement departments via phone and email.
- Communicate product availability and facilitate awareness of routes to access.
- Reintroduce known infusion products under a new supplier arrangement.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and handle queries professionally.
- Accurately track and report on engagement outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Work within ABPI guidelines and uphold best practice in all interactions.
Who We\’re Looking For
- Sound understanding of the NHS, ideally with experience in procurement, commercial or liaison roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working remotely and independently, with access to a quiet and professional working environment.
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to overcome access barriers thoughtfully.
- Well-organised, with excellent administrative discipline.
- Able to attend a one-day, in-person training session at Excelsior House
- Awareness of ABPI principles or experience in a regulated healthcare setting is desirable.
