The Role
We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information team. In this role, you will provide high‐quality medical information support to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted resource for product information while ensuring compliance with regulatory, client, and company standards.
What You'll Do:
- You will be a frontline resource delivering medical and product information.
- You will engage in thoughtful, empathetic conversations with patients and healthcare professionals.
- You will accurately manage medical information requests, adverse events, and product quality reports in compliance with regulatory and client standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Life Science degree, Bachelor's minimum
