Key Responsibilities
- Drive usage of promoted products to achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets across the territory.
- Develop and execute robust account plans tailored to the needs of each customer and aligned with business objectives.
- Quickly establish strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a valued partner to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement account strategies and overcome access barriers.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the local NHS environment, hospital procurement processes, and regional dynamics affecting haem-oncology.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior Key Account Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to haematology or oncology.

- Deep understanding of the NHS structure, hospital procurement, and access pathways.
