  • Establish effective KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Improve data quality, governance and consistency.
  • Use automation, predictive analytics and AI to improve efficiency and develop new capabilities.
  • Turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations and actions.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the lead strategic insights partner.
  • Lead and develop the Insights & Analytics team.
  • Demonstrate the function’s contribution to client value, business performance and growth.

What you need to be successful?

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded insights leader who has a track record of creating strategy, leading change and turning analytical capability into tangible business value.

You will be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and delivery.

You will be able to assess where a function is today, define where it needs to go and bring people with you as you implement that change.

You will bring

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, building capability and creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar tools.
  • Ability to turn strategy into clear plans and deliver them.
