About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Patient Solutions Co-ordinator to join our Patient Solutions UK team. This is a varied role supporting our project teams, clients and field employees with day-to-day coordination, administration and operational delivery. You’ll help keep processes running smoothly, support high-quality patient programmes and act as a key point of contact across the team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating meetings, travel, accommodation, catering and meeting rooms.
  • Supporting field employees with equipment, uniform and logistics.
  • Ordering clinical and office supplies and helping maintain stock control.
  • Updating CRM and client systems accurately.
  • Booking and maintaining clinical visit information.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly activity reports.
  • Supporting purchase orders, recharges and operational finance tasks.
  • Helping with induction logistics for new starters.
  • Working closely with internal teams, field employees and healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting process improvements, new project set-ups and system roll-outs.
  • Ensuring work is completed in line with quality, compliance and governance requirements.

About you

You’ll be organised, accurate and confident communicating with people at all levels. You’ll enjoy working in a busy team environment and take pride in delivering excellent support. You’ll bring:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written, telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

  • Previous administration experience would be helpful but is not essential.

Working pattern

This is a part-time role of 18.5 hours per week, ideally worked across 5 days. You’ll be based at Inizio House, Ashby de la Zouch for a minimum of 2 days per week, with hybrid working for the remaining time.
