Our Client is a leading supplier to the wide-format print, signage and visual communications sector. They have entered an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a driven Internal Sales Representative to grow with them. The Role
This is a proactive internal sales / telesales role, working closely with a Field Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator to manage and grow a Northern UK customer base. You’ll be the trusted internal contact for your region — owning relationships, managing your pipeline, and driving revenue.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively contacting customers and prospects by phone
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Booking and supporting face-to-face appointments for field sales
- Closing deals and owning regional sales targets
- Managing CRM data, quotations, samples and follow-ups
- Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
